This is our local Starbucks… everything is usually great….. except, corporate has cut costs on cups and lids, causing them to not fit properly. Recently had to change plans and waste an entire morning cleaning the car interior because the lid didn’t properly fit the cup and spilled all over….. they replaced my drink and gave me a “ recovery card” for $4.00….. it took about two hours to clean the car…. Not to mention a change of clothes for both my wife and I. Apparently Seattle thinks a customer’s time is worth $2.00 per hour. No wonder why baristas are unionizing.

Did not put cap on drink at all. Picked up drink, slightly tilted it to take a sip, cap was on ground and drink was all over my new jacket. 3 employees there, didn't apologize, i had to literally ask for a new cap for my half spilled drink. Awful. Please hire people who care.

The drinks seem to be extremely watered down, and they’ve been sold out of what I’ve wanted for two weeks straight. The people in the mornings seem to be more cheerful than the “afternooners”.

If you ordered from the mobile app and they were out of it they will refuse to help you get either a replacement or a refund

The coffee was great and the service was too but my issue is them asking for a tip before I get my coffee. It feels like if I don't tip then something could be wrong with the order or might not be made as well as if I did tip on an already more expensive coffee. It's like if you're at a restaurant and your server ask for a tip before you even get your food...thats just not right

My birthday reward wasn't showing up on my app sadly.. but when they checked and didn't find it they honored it! Chris was so nice and let me know I could get any size I wanted for the birthday drink! So nice, quick service, and they even put "Bday Girl" as my name on the drink, made me smile on my birthday morning!

I've a regular because the time of day I visit ea h day are absolutely immeasurably fantastic!! They make it feel like a visit to years old friends. Suggestions, forethought, and follow through all are normal for the wonderful team at this location. I've learned a lot about coffees and appreciate how I'm treated here. I stop at dozens of Starbucks each month in my job travels.. I'm blessed that this Starbucks is my home base. This Starbucks staff is a notch well above other Starbucks. I've never felt like a number, a bother to the baristas here. And they've always remembered my name. Plus, the amazing Starbucks quality.. I love this place. Special kudos to tall Chris and Manager Chris.

The only Starbucks I go to that is constantly out of everything. I always have to go by my work on the other side of town to get what I want which is sad considering I live less than a mile away .

Should’ve read the reviews but I thought I would try. I ordered several drinks from this location because the one I normally go to - didn’t have a certain drink. Whoever was at the drive thru had a pretty bad attitude like she didn’t want to work there. It was very awkward and I’m not looking to be friends but let’s just say she acted like we were bothering her. The drinks were ok but I learned not every Starbucks is the same. It’s not like McDonald’s where they’re all the same. Needless to say I won’t be back and will continue to go to the friendly and high quality one at Piney Grove.

Great Service drinks are always fixed with a smile the way you want them
