“I went in with nothing but “I don’t know anything about this but I like sweet things and I’d like to try” and left with three recommendations (one of which I tried that night and loved, very excited to try the others). The gentleman at the counter (I’m having a lighter refilled and will get his name and update) was very welcoming and polite and walked the store with me, providing very helpful cigar education and advice. The gentlemen in the lounge were also very sweet and asked what I had picked, and made suggestions for future cigars should I enjoy what I purchased. Will certainly be coming back, I can’t vouch for price point as I’m new to this but just for the quality of service and the environment alone, I will definitely continue to support them.”

The humidor is always well-maintained, and the cigars are fresh and perfectly stored. Justin really knows his stuff—they’ve given me great recommendations every time. Whether you're a seasoned aficionado or just getting into cigars, this place is a gem. Highly recommended! No food is being served at this location.”

They have some of everything and they keep their merchandise well stocked. Their prices are very reasonable. Me and my family have been customers for many years and they have always given us kind and courteous service.”
“Here to correct a previous negative review! I bought a device that ended up being faulty here and the manager (wish I knew his name, sick green mohawk) gladly replaced it for me and was very apologetic about a previous miscommunication on the return policy. My boyfriend has been a patron here for years and while I’m new to the area I feel I will be too!”
