We have missed 2 Amazon packages that our message said was put into our mailbox. When you attempt to call the local post office, all you get is an automatic answering service and you cannot reach a person to speak to. Why give a local number when you are not allowed to speak to anyone?

I got there at 4:59 and Nef graciously still let me finish my transaction. He accepted my package even though they were supposed to be closing. I was the only customer in the post office. Post office was neat and clean. I was a happy customer. Thank you Nef!! 5*!!

I had a priority package marked "Out for delivery". They delivered the mail and one (non priority) package but took the other (incredibly important PRIORITY) package back with them and instead of just delivering it the next day (which would have been annoying but mistakes happen, I get it) they mark it "available for pickup" which I don't see until the next day and by the time I realize they aren't bringing it with the rest of the mail the post office is closed (early because it's Saturday and earlier still because they close an hour and a half earlier that all the other post offices in the area) and won't be open again until Monday! So now I get to wait 2 more days to get my package which was sent "priority" for a reason! I used to think Priority meant something. I was wrong.

This place is such a joke. Attempted delivery ONE TIME no call, no email, no nothing. It was left with a different package so I figured that was the package in question. Mind you it was marked "First Attempt" not "Final Notice" yet still it got sent back OVER SEAS. I expressed my dissapointment in not getting an email or call, or I don't know, even the order number on the paper to CHECK IT? And the lady just shrugs at me with attitude.. not to mention they never answer their calls.

I just don't understand. My house is so close to my mailbox. They couldn't have just put it on my porch, since it clearly says DO NOT BEND? Now I have to reorder the product because it is ruined.

I constantly have issues with mail service. If someone can not read then they should not be an employee at a post office. I have had to file several claims with ebay for items that are either being delivered to the wrong address or not delivered at all.

I've had my box here since 1998. I'll always remember when the post office relocated to this site. They allowed the public to tour the facility before it went active. My Daddy (RIP) and I had so much fun that day ☺️

They can’t deliver mail correctly to save their lives. I’m always getting someone else’s mail and currently don’t have a package that they claim they delivered. It’s not hard to read addresses. They also like to take packages that are too big for the mailbox and attempt to shove them in mailboxes. The level of laziness and incompetence is high with this location.

Come rain, or sleet, or hail or shine, this location never opens on time. I guess they don't hold themselves to a very high standard for punctuality. Every time I try to send off mail at 9:00 they aren't open (usually until 9:10-9:15). You hear them hooting and hollering and having a great time in the back though, which is annoying. Maybe concentrate on opening on time for hard-working people that need to get to work?

Went to mail a prepaid package, and I ask for tape to secure box, noted it was a small big, it didn't need much. She told me because I didn't buy the postage, that they couldn't give me any tape ?.I would have to buy it! What happened to just helping people out , just a piece of tape? Never will go there again, she was very rude also!09/08/23
