Best experience I've ever had at a Verizon store. Location provides less wait time. Angela was very personable, and knowledgeable about what we needed. She had us all set up with the new phone and line in record time. Great all around experience!

Daniel and Jennifer at the Verizon in Ballentine were a great help to my mom and I as we were updating our phones! They were super patient with all of our questions and Daniel was able to recover sentimental voicemails that got lost in a phone transfer. Totally recommend seeking out their services if you are looking for help!

I have never been to a Verizon store like the one in Irmo!! This will be my go to store from now on. Jennifer was amazing! She answered every question we had. Store was clean, staff are professional and wait time was nonexistent. Amazing customer service.
