Crow Bar is the upper portion of the restaurant below, perfect for an after dinner drink and to catch the sunset. The location is perfect with wonderful scenic views. The view is wonderful. The experience is often very enjoyable, with excellent service from valet to hostess to server. Staff is friendly, efficient, and works with a great attitude. The food is excellent, great, delicious, and outstanding, with generous portions. Dishes highlighted include the shrimp cocktail, oysters Rockefeller, fried green tomatoes, hush puppy appetizer, fresh grilled shrimp, blackened mahi mahi, crab cakes, steak, fried flounder, and salmon. Desserts like crème brûlée, triple chocolate cheesecake, and key lime pie are simply the best. The value for the price paid is considered very good. However, experiences can vary. On busy nights, service may be slow and noise can be a problem. On one occasion, lobster tails were overcooked and crab cakes were declared unremarkable. Parking at the restaurant is complimentary valet only. Overall, it is a very busy place where many have an outstanding experience and would definitely be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Boathouse. Food was great and service was excellent. The location is perfect with wonderful scenic views. The shrimp cocktail appetizer was excellent, and the entrees were all well prepared. We found the value for price paid to be very good.

We came here for dinner on a Friday evening. We sat outside and had a beautiful view, however, it was so humid it may have been better to take an indoor table. The service was great and the food was delicious. We all loved the crab cakes!
