Awesome place to be! Great staff with a sweet new fleet of brand new boat club boats, rental skiffs, pontoons, and more! The ship store is constantly adding new items and the food is top notch.

$50 for a non resident to launch and park a trailer is laughable. It's a nice ramp but do yourself a favor and launch elsewhere. Will not be returning

Great experience. Rented a skiff and the process was seamless. Staff was great with giving the basics. Redesigned ship store had great merch as well.

New store is terrible totally catered to the tourist now forget about the locals. Jacked up prices, no cash accepted, limited selection. Do you yourself a favor and stop somewhere before you get on the island.

My wife and I went to the new marina yesterday. The parking situation was much improved and had more places than before. The store was more open and the items were of very good quality. We order lunch and my wife's Cuba. was great! They did charge a 10% fee on food but in that I tend to tip 20% I was better off. Go enjoy a good time.

I'd give them 5 stars, but they're still under construction. It does look like they're making good progress on some nice amenities, so check back in a few months. The docks are in great shape and it's super easy in and out. Very helpful staff.

Good assortment of groceries, fishing tackle & boat ramp. Fuel dock has live minnows for sale. If your not a resident it cost $20 per day to drop boat in and park.

Had a wonderful half day inshore fishing trip on April 19 with Captain Joe! The weather was great and it was a perfect day on the water. Captain Joe is extremely knowledgeable regarding the fishing and the eco system in this area. He really knows how to find the fish. He took us to three different spots to catch three different species. He used a different bait and technique for each type of fish. We caught Bluefish and Sheepshead and Redfish. Joe is very personable and a great guy to spend the day with! He definitely cares about his customers and making sure that the trip is enjoyable. We will definitely be back with Captain Joe the next time we are in the area!

Barrier Island Eco Tours is the absolute best at what they do. I just took my 10th grade ecology class for the boat tour and Capers exploration trip. My students had a blast and learned a ton from Capt. Robert. I have been using this company for personal and professional trips for the past 20 years and I look forward to another 20 years exploring with them!

Robert is an excellent tour guide. His depth and breadth of knowledge is obvious, and his sense of humor is delightful! The tour itself highlights the beauty of the Lowcountry, and provides many great teaching points. I’d personally like to see Robert join forces with a friend in advertising with a similar advertising to create a campaign to help people understand the importance of protecting the Lowcountry salt marshes.

From the meeting in the parking lot and throughout the entire trip, Robert was very entertaining and informative. WE took our grandkids (7 & 4) and they thoroughly enjoyed every minute. We are local and planning on a return trip.

Im a big time fly fisherman and have been launching my skiff for 6+ years. parking and launch fee was 5 then to 10 then 20. Got to the marina and no one was working in the store, texted the sign code and it said for trailer parking... 50$ dollars!!! How f*****g outrageous is that for just a day. It'll be 75 in 2-3 years for sure.

The new leaseholder is going to ruin the Isle of palms Marina for the public.... Only 13 total public boat spots will be available and at such a ridiculously high parking price and launch fee it is no longer for the public but for the wealthy. This should be illegal as our taxes pay for that property and making it so high prices is keeping the general public out. I pray things change for this Marina or people fight for it back! Should be illegal what they're doing... Or we should just all boycott him and every single one of his other Marina's/ businesses for trying to ruin our waterfront access.
