Views from penthouse balcony were incredible. The beach felt like ours alone. There were so many different spots to lounge in at this spacious, tasteful home. I am excited to go back.

Myself and 8 other friends stayed at the Whispering Palms - 8 31st. It was incredible. We were there for a friends wedding on the beach. The house was awesome. It had 5 bedrooms with each bedroom having its own bathroom, which was super convenient for us. We only had one person drive but it had a 4 Door garage with a ton of space. The garage also had a ton of beach toys. It also had an ice machine which was a hidden gem because we were able to supply ice all weekend for our activities. The upstairs living area was awesome. A ton of space and seating for all of us to be together comfortably. It’s location was super convenient as well. We were walking distance from our friends beachfront house and beach. And only 5 min drive from grocery store. It was definitely one of the best rental house I hav ever stayed in.

We stayed at Casa Flamingo with 19 of our Boot Sisters from the Boot Boogie Babes line dance team and had the absolute time of our lives! We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, beach, shops and restaurants that are a block away, all the themed rooms and entertaining decorations all throughout the beach house! We loved the pink flamingo theme and are already booking again for a trip to stay here again next year!

We took 19 of our Boot Sisters from the Boot Boogie Babes line dance team and stayed for a week in October. Casa Flamingo was a dream come true for all of us "Pink Ladies" We made memories we will share with friends and family for the rest of our lives and can't wait to book the beach house again next year! We enjoyed the beach, pool, hot tub, decks, kitchen, piano in the living room, elevator, and all the pirates watching over us! This house is non-stop entertainment with each of its' themed rooms and large enough to accommodate all of us. We never felt cramped or on top of each other. Grab your best gal pals and stay here!

Book 702 Ocean- you won't regret it!! You can see the beautiful ocean views from the two porches overlooking the water-- one on the main floor by the kitchen, and the other on the top floor which connects to three of the rooms. The pool was great for our babies- there is a shallow end that is kind of like a baby pool expanding into a deeper part of the pool. It is so nice to sit out there and be able to hear the ocean and have the breeze. All the amenities you could need- a washer/dryer on each floor, a keurig plugged into water, elevator to make packing/unpacking/groceries super easy. It's also a super short walk into the adorable town of IOP- perfect location. Cannot wait to come back!!

We rented an amazing house for my sisters 60th birthday. Exclusive Properties did a great job of getting us all the info we needed and truly provided us with an incredible place to celebrate this event. Great company to work with.

We rented a house and Hurricane Ian turned into a Category 4 storm with the College of Charleston evacuating. We could not fly into Charleston and had no opportunity to stay at the house. The property management company is holding firm on making us pay in full. This is $15,000 and is very unfair. I don't recommend booking through them.

I highly recommend renting through Exclusive Properties. Karen in Reservations was wonderful and professional to work with! When we had to cancel the reservation about a month before the reservation dates, I reached out to Karen and although they could not guarantee they could re-rent the house for the dates, they would try. They did and we were fortunate to get a return of most of the prepaid full rental fee. Sandy in accounting timely confirmed the refund amount. When we return to Isle of Palms we will definitely use Exclusive Properties!

Rented a home through them at IOP. The home was very expensive, not what was advertised, in total disrepair, dirty, water damage and visible mold growing, etc. Emailed them with a huge list of problems with the property at the end of our stay. Have gotten no response.
