Seems to me every time i go up there, the managers are standing out side smoking. the foors are a mess. boxes everywhere. i went into the store today, shopped for about 15mins and the manager was still out side.

Don't even bother trying to find what you need here. Literally almost everything that's been empty on the shelves have been for about a month now. They keep changing management and the store gets worse and worse. There are only 2 employees that seem to do their job. Even some woman who acts like a manager(not sure if she is) literally plays and talks on her phone non stop. Every time I go in she's in the back of the store pretending to stock, sitting on a stool or floor with her face buried in her phone or just talking like she can't move her mouth and her hands at the same time. The frozen food isle basically doesn't exist anymore, they tossed most of the product in the freezers(most likely all out of date because they don't pay attention until it's all bad apparently) and hasn't been for a while. If there is any product in the back, they certainly aren't interested in stocking it. Save yourself the hassle and head ache and go to family dollar or drennons. In my opinion this is just pathetic, we live in a small town where DG drennons and family dollar are the closest places to get what we need in this town, and they have 0 interest in providing their community. If it is actually busy, and busy is an overstatement here, if there's more than 5 people in line expect to be in line forever. Another point, during thanksgiving week there was a line almost to the door, 1 cashier, and everyone else sitting in the office behind the counter or in the back of the store on their phones not helping the cashier, not trying to get the line down, nothing and this isn't just exclusive to holidays. It happens a lot if there's a decent line. And if you say some they get a massive attitude with you while they literally are sitting on their ass with 15 customers in line watching their coworker do everything, and they aren't on break or anything, just there.The store should simply just be shut down at this point because it's a waste of space now. If you change management, know who the hell you're hiring because the last 3 exchanges of management just gotten worse and worse and worse. I hope their cooperate office tears them a new one

The worker we dealt with was extremely rude and not understanding at all. This elderly man couldn’t even lift a case of water and she was sitting there fussing and throwing her hands up at him. She also made rude comments when we didn’t understand one of their signs put up. While I was inserting the card she was on her phone and rolling her eyes for no reason.

The people at this store are extremely nice and will get you checked out pretty quick. The problem I have is and this has happened numerous times. You are charging people more than what the advertised price on the shelf is showing. When I have brought this up at the register the management is always conveniently unavailable. This is false advertisement and it should stop. They got me for $8 tonight because I would not stand in line and wait on management while people are stacking up behind me. It is not right to them.

This store needs to accept the Humana cards for stuff . Doesn't make sense that the one in Antreville,SC takes the cards but Iva don't !

What’s the Iva handshake? I haven’t lived here very long but I can tell you all the managers business because she tells everyone that enters the store. I hope grannies hip is better.If she knows you and you are short on funds she helps you out but if you’re new or strangers then you’re out of luck. The store is always running out of dog food and other food. Milk is $1.50 to $2 higher than grocery store and same with eggs. Some folks can’t get to Anderson or Belton or Hartwell. The two guys don’t know what they are doing and are always needing help at the registers and act like they scared of everyone plus they don’t speak to anyone in a loud voice. Debit card always reset. Fix DG because it’s one of the few places IVA has to get food from.
