CVS wont refill my husbands diabetic test strips and he has 3 refills left on it. I’ve been trying since last week, they said they were ordering them, but now the prescription is not even processing. They don’t even call to let us know. Worst customer service ever! He needs these strips asap. He is currently in roper hospital for blood sugar issues and we need these strips! Do I have to contact corporate?

This location has been convenient to use for drive through COVID testing. However, it is constantly understaffed; it's hard to find someone to check you out at the register. However, they have a few shelf checkout kiosks now. There are many areas of empty shelving, especially in toiletries and cosmetics. I often cannot find what I need here and have to visit the CVS on River Road.

Sharon was a CVS Associate that was great to help me look for Tommy Cooper products recently at the location at Riverbank and Maybank on Johns Island. Sharon was friendly yet professional and kind. She took me to the section in the store where they had a great variety. The store is always well stocked which is another plus. Thank you, Sharon for your assistance. Shana S.

Everybody in there needs to be fired. Everywhere is short staffed so please stop making that an excuse for BAD service. 3 people arrived at the pharmacy raising hell because they refused to answer the phones, just to show up to NASTY attitudes. If you don't want to work just say that! Extremely lazy staff. You will wait days on end for a refill. The staff will not help you if it requires them to go out of their way (even though it's in their job description to make calls out to providers). If you are elderly do not use this pharmacy; the staff will not assist you if you experience any technical difficulties.

Consistently bad service. They are way too short staffed. I don't think it's the employees fault. At least in the pharmacy part. They are always busy. They need more employees. A company that makes so much money like cvs can afford a few more employees per location. It's one of our only choices on the island, but seriously someone please open a local compound pharmacy like dotties on James is.

Consistently understaffed. The drive through pharmacy will take a minimum of 30 minutes to get through. I am not even sure how this location is still open. I would advise using any other pharmacy on the island or even drive to a further location.

This CVS on Maybank Highway on Johns Island is a great location for all drug store and pharmacy needs. When you need something quick and fast on this side of town this CVS will come through. They are well organized and operated and it is easy to find what you are looking for and get out with what you need in little time. The staff here is friendly and cool and adds to the shopping experience. I like being able to shop here.

Brought 2 prescriptions. Gave them a whole day since they had to follow up with dr. Scanned 1 twice so only filled 1 prescription. Said I would have to wait minimum hour for 2nd prescription.

Horrible customer service. Called 3 separate times and waited a total of 63 minutes and still they never picked up. Always understaffed.
