Nobody works here anymore. They don't even answer the phones. I've got medicine up there and can't even get in touch with a person to transfer it to another pharmacy. And YES I have an online account and app and I can't do it there either.

I have to brag on the pharmacist here! I can’t express how kind, patient, caring, friendly, unbothered the pharmacist was (I want say her name is Ashley Stone)! I’ve never had such a pleasant experience at a pharmacy; let alone when they’re extremely busy. Thanks to her, we got our vaccines that we needed in order to go out of the country. And they were ready in less than 24 hours. She was a doll!!

Store is a mess! No shopping carts or baskets, rest rooms are closed, inventory stacked up in the aisles, no bags at checkout, 2 employees just standing around doing nothing. I will never be back!

CVS wont refill my husbands diabetic test strips and he has 3 refills left on it. I’ve been trying since last week, they said they were ordering them, but now the prescription is not even processing. They don’t even call to let us know. Worst customer service ever! He needs these strips asap. He is currently in roper hospital for blood sugar issues and we need these strips! Do I have to contact corporate?

This location has been convenient to use for drive through COVID testing. However, it is constantly understaffed; it's hard to find someone to check you out at the register. However, they have a few shelf checkout kiosks now. There are many areas of empty shelving, especially in toiletries and cosmetics. I often cannot find what I need here and have to visit the CVS on River Road.

I’ve never been to a CVS in the entire world that has worse service! Every time I’ve been to this location, they’re out of everything + the aisles are lined with boxes of inventory, yet to be stocked onto shelves. The most recent time I was there, there was a bucket of fresh flowers that looked like they had been dead for at least 2 weeks prior! It was shocking, actually. I’m not sure why this CVS is always so poorly run - perhaps they’re understaffed? - but typically they’re out of things you’d go there for, and it’s frustrating since CVS is a store you’d really only visit if you need something essential.

PATHETIC MANAGEMENT FOR A LONG WHILE - 0 StarWhen paying for a prescription - that no-one could initially find despite my receiving calls to confirm pick up - , and a small OTC item located by the register, the obviously un-trained assistant/pharmacist (no badge) used my full $10.00 extra care coupon on the $3.39 OTC Aleve mini container I added. Having noticed the mishap I asked whether I could get the full benefit of the coupon by either canceling and reprocessing the purchase or use the balance on another item. After a loud "Shi...."*#@% and asking around what could be done, it became very obvious that 1) first no apologies - aside from a Oops - would be forthcoming, 2) that that's how it is, and 3) all I could do was call 1-800-CVS. Though it's true that losing $6.31 to an ill-conceived system is not going to break the bank, I object to the poor way it was handled. For months now that location has been a total disaster with the self service machines constantly out of order, empty racks, plastic containers full of merchandise strewn around in the aisles for days(hazards!!), pharmacists and tech not wearing gloves eating Doritos out of huge bags while handling pills and payments...I have seen it all. I also once got someone else's very potent controlled substance prescription and when I returned it, all I got was " Oh well, it happens".Please do not blame Covid. I have been a customer of that location since 2010 and have seen it going down for well over 2 years. I would deserve to be one of the 200+ locations slated for closure. It certainly deserves it. Pity for the few friendly remaining employees, and for the local residents.
