Kim at the pharmacy is a delight. We needed to get our puppy's medication filled pretty quickly and she was so understanding and patient with us. She had our prescription filled lightening fast and we were able to get it to our pup immediately. Thanks for being such a wonderful human, Kim.

I just tried to use the money gram and the “manager” Lisa did not understand how to use it. So I said I’ll be back tomorrow when someone else can help me and she said she put me on trespassing notice so I can not come back. Terrible service

Pick a different pharmacy. They close early and have different hours listed inside then online. For reference they say they are open till 10pm, inside says 8pm, I showed up at 6pm. Completely shut down. Walmart could have done better. And that's saying something.

Pharmacy is consistently short and rude with phone interactions. Customer service is lacking.

All stores are absolutely filthy. The drive up windows haven’t been cleaned in years. The entrances are deplorably dirty. The restrooms, always a necessity for women of certain ages are so nasty that I would rather go to a gas station. Unshelved merchandise blockes aisle access. I have always shopped CVS but have switched to Walgreens. Get it together CVS.

Store employees repeatedly make mistakes when purchasing lotto tickets. This inability to listen and apply requests is a reflection on the hiring process at this location. The majority of my experience with the employees here has been unpleasant to say the least. It's not my fault for their mistakes. I have had errors made at least three times when purchasing lotto tickets here. The process needs to change to prevent this costly mistakes.

Wow… hard to have a bad experience at a drug store. Usually a trip to the pharmacy is pretty uneventful. First, I go in the store and find the pharmacy is closed inside. On the way out I try to ring up some candy to take home to my wife and it rings up for double the price it said on the shelf. Self checkout, and there’s not an employee anywhere to be found. So I leave without the candy and hop in the car for the pharmacy drive-thru. Guess what, they’re closed for lunch, so I have to wait in the car another 12 minutes or so. When they do finally reopen, they tell me my prescription will take an hour to an hour and a half to fill. I thought this was ridiculous and I was annoyed but I said okay and left. As soon as I got home like 10 minutes later, I get a text from CVS that it’s ready for pickup. Really? Cmon man!

The pharmacy is always a let down. Pharmacist staff are dismissive, arrogant lacking basic courtesy and compassionate service. The pharmacy cashiers are ok but on one occasion using drive through, no one came to the window even though the driver in front of me continued to use the call button. This went on for about 13 minutes and everyone in line just left. Staff in the front of the store were on their cell phones ignoring customers. Windows are filthy, clutter in the isles and empty shelves. It used to be ok, but now it's a pain to go there.

They keep changing the prices of prescriptions, are never open early abs the pharmacist just interrupted the technician helping me (who has been the friendliest person there) to have basically have him stop helping me to close??! Really!? So wish there was a better place on island to go !!

This place is the literal worst. Good luck getting a refund. If the item is on sale and you paid full price? Yeah, you’re not getting the amount you paid back. Never coming back here again. Thankfully a new local pharmacy opened up on the island or I’d be stuck driving to James Island.

Just trying to fill a prescription over the phone with the automated service and you have to hear a long drawn out covid vaccine spill. This is delaying patient care. It should be streamlined to best suit their customer needs and not an advertisement for the pharmaceutical industry.

So today I enter the CVS store at main and Maybank to inquire about a coivid test. The pharmacist immediately informed me they were closed!!! I asked if they had any tests. She informed me that they didn’t have any. I asked if you could check the availability at other stores on the computer and she replied “I don’t spend my days off driving around looking for inventory!” What the hell! Get another job if you can’t handle a simple request! This is simply not the way to respond to a customer…. Sad!

This is the better CVS on Johns Island. It's larger and cleaner. They have a great selection of hair products and other personal care items. I no longer use CVS for prescriptions due to service issues.
