From Hanscombe Point Primitive camp ground
Hanscombe Point Plantation is a 300 acre working farm on Johns Island. Camp by a salt water creek, enjoy various wildlife and watch the cows amble by your camp site. This is a PRIMATIVE campsite only. There are picnic tables at all sites, fire pits at some and a shared outhouse. THIS IS A PRIMATIVE CAMPGROUND ONLY. There are no electric hook ups or water. NO PETS ALLOWED. Reservations only! You can’t just drive up. You must call and make a reservation and get a gate code to enter this farm! 3 day cancellation policy.
