“Let me share a little story with you! Sunny has been around for quite some time, and today, a lady in front of me started expressing her frustration about her experience with him. She was upset because he mentioned that returning a product to Temu means you need to pack it correctly; it can't just be shipped as is.

When he suggested a solution that was only $5.00, she became frustrated. Sunny kept his cool, even when she said he seemed like he was just arguing with her. He was really just trying to help by pointing her to the instructions, which clearly stated that the item needed to be in its original packaging when it was shipped back.

I really want to highlight how knowledgeable Sunny is. He stands his ground and is confident in what he knows. Even when things get tough, he’s always willing to admit if he’s made a mistake and does his best to make things right. It’s nice to see someone who genuinely cares about getting it right!”

I asked about this when we moved here since there are no mailboxes on Folly. The attendant advised me of this so we don’t miss anything. Well, we haven’t missed ONE thing in 4.5 years. Do your research and let’s appreciate what they do for us to help :)”
