As a septuagenerian, I knew this would be a challenge for me. However, I was connected to U.P.S. employee Danielle who patiently helped make this paper conversion to an electronic file happen. Some of the pages were very ruffled, but that didn't faze Danielle, as she was pleasant throughout the entire process. U.P.S. has assembled a great team at this office, as I saw the other employees give good assistance to customers while being courteous during my 20-minute visit to this store. I would recommend this office to my family and friends.”
