I assume that their primary function is to serve CofC and its students, but as a resident their shipping department has been able to receive and ship my packages on time, and I've had exceptional experiences with their printing department. If you go by the online delivery times alone, it may seem like they will miss your printing window if you're in an urgent rush, but if you call the location and explain your needs, the friendly staff behind the desk are reasonable and ready to help. “I love their clearance items, coupon deals, unique items, sales and great deals on pens at the register. I can get purple pens, without paying for a whole multi-pack, and other colors I don't want. Be sure to check prices when they ring up your items though. Sometimes sales marked throughout the store don't make it into their computer. They honor the sale if you point it out or come back, but it's much easier to look than it is to make a 2nd trip. Awesome convenient location as well. Helpful staff.

“Let me share a little story with you! Sunny has been around for quite some time, and today, a lady in front of me started expressing her frustration about her experience with him. She was upset because he mentioned that returning a product to Temu means you need to pack it correctly; it can't just be shipped as is.
When he suggested a solution that was only $5.00, she became frustrated. Sunny kept his cool, even when she said he seemed like he was just arguing with her. He was really just trying to help by pointing her to the instructions, which clearly stated that the item needed to be in its original packaging when it was shipped back.
I really want to highlight how knowledgeable Sunny is. He stands his ground and is confident in what he knows. Even when things get tough, he’s always willing to admit if he’s made a mistake and does his best to make things right. It’s nice to see someone who genuinely cares about getting it right!”
