I have been buying goods here for my farm and home since 2011 and cannot count how many times this store and staff have saved my day. From making keys to repairing weed whackers to all kind of replacement parts and new tools, the staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable about their inventory. They are an integral part of the community of Johns Island and I am grateful for their presence.

The website is never up to date. It says products are in stock and then the staff says the products aren’t in stock, without even checking. Called asking if they carried a specific product and was told no. Went in and checked for myself, and they did carry the product. The drive to Lowe’s on James Island is worth the friendly customer service, knowledge of staff and price you’ll pay .

Sat in traffic hoping to make it in time before they close at six. I made it to door just in time at 5:59 and the guy told me the store was closed. He had already shut off lights and was locking the door. I said I would be quick and knew exactly what I needed, would be in and out, but he wanted no part of it. I would rather sweat bullets in my car with no ac and sit in traffic for an hour heading to James island then give this place my business again.

Nice local hardware store. The big box stores a very inconvenient to get to die to living on the island, but this store has a good selection of just about everything you'd need and the staff are very helpful.
I went in needing a specific adapter that I couldn't find, and on of the guy helped me piece together what I needed from other pieces they had. The checkout staff is always very kind as well.

These folks are tops. Chuck, the head guy helped me with an unlikely repair on a mower carburetor. It saved me tons of money and time. 5 stars, for sure!

"0" for customer support, "0" for friendliness, "0" for attitude, "10" for worst customer service. "1,000 %" guarantee we will NEVER SHOP THAT STORE AGAIN. I purchased 2 pieces for a total of 8' of pipe. I walked outside with associate and picked the pieces out of their scrap pile, thinking they would offer a small discount for selling their trash. Upon returning home, I decided to change the project and would no longer us the smaller pipe. So, I sent my wife to the store to pick up what I needed which turned out to be 3 times the material and ultimately of course a much higher price purchase. Upon completing the project I attempted to return the 8' of pipe I have purchased. The gentleman that had helped me earlier was in the customer service area, but was not operating a cash register. The young man that was running the cash register were I was, said they do not take back cut pipe. I said I understand, but this was cut pipe from a previous customers and was not cut specifically for me. It was taken from the scrap pile. He confirmed that it was in fact picked out of the scrape pile with the young man standing behind him that had helped me. After confirming the pipe was not cut specifically for me he called out to the other cashier, a grumpy older lady, overwhelmed with the number of people in line, who without finding out the details said "no we don;t take back cut pipe". I explained to her it was not cut specifically for me, I had tried to help by purchasing previously returned merchandise and again without even listening she said "no we do not take back cut pipe". I left the pipe on the counter and explained they had lost a customer not over price but the absolute disregard for customer service.
I ENCOURAGE YOU NOT TO SHOP AT THIS STORE - unless you are satisfied with the the worst customer service ever.
Just wanted to provide an update: it has been 3 months and NO one has reached out to follow-up in any way regarding my experience. I still have not and will not shop there. I have shared my story with others who have experienced similar poor customer service.

I was a local shopper here for many years and the staff that helped me was always kind and courteous. But the last time I was there it was a rude lady 'non-helper whose only interest seemed to be to get rid of me. So I myself found what I needed for my project, paid that mean cashier, and left. (she's been there for years, so I just dealt with her ungrateful attitude as usual) whatever..lol.
On my next visit I needed to find some hedge trimmers and went to the back to see what they had. And as a Very kind, happy soul, I always say Hello with a smile to whomever I encounter. But this time, it was the owner who was my first encounter. I'd never seen him before but found later who it was. He did nothing but glare at me with an absolutely hateful look. I was shocked and couldn't believe what I was experiencing. Is it that he simply doesn't like females? Was I somehow intimidating to him? I'll never know. Unfortunately, I had to go there again for a faulty product refund and had to deal with HIM again! the rude, hateful owner. sigh... As an honest, kind, Christian female, it took some time for me to get over such bad experiences and will never set foot in there again! I have advised my Kiawah clientele of the very unkind, ungrateful owner and his minions. Shopping there over the years was a pleasure until such evil showed up and ruined it.

Went to All Seasons Tru Value today. I needed an aerator for kitchen sink and two a/c filters. As I had no idea where to look in the store and whether they had the parts I asked the elderly lady at the front cashiers area for help. I showed here a picture of the faucet, asked for a filter(should have said aerator)and said that it was either Moen or Delta. She replied "I don't know those brands". Seriously not know those Major brands. Then corrected me that it was an aerator. I had the broken parts but forgot the chrome piece that holds the "aerator ". She "couldn't help" and really didn't care to help, with or without that piece. I drove home and returned with the pieces, fortunately this time I had a young man assist me. He showed me where the generic parts were, got one and went to pay. I also bought the two filters.
I would not go to this store again, I only returned because I had no other nearby choice.
Customer indifference is one thing, acting as if a customer is a an aggravation is another. I would give One Star except I actually got the parts that I needed.

I have been going to this store for probably over 30 years and today is my last. It seems in the past couple of years that the store isn't replenishing their stock properly and I am constantly having to go to another hardware store to get the product I need. I was in there at 3:00 on 4/12/24 looking for some pex fittings and of course they didn't have. Out of frustration of the part not being available, I commented that I hate coming to the store anymore. The older lady working there responded to my comment by saying "why did you then". After giving it some thought, she was right and I walked out with no intention of returning to the store.
