In store today: Bad smell, bathroom very soiled-floor and sink black and very dirty. Reg floors very dirty. Needs a deep deep cleaning. I spoke to manager on at time and she made no remarks.

It really needs a good deep cleaning. Stood in line for 25 mins why kyle stocked the shelves and just stared at customers. In fact a customer had to say I think you need to come open up we have a line running both ways. Seriously had 12 different people in line before he thought of opening another reg.
