If your a man who only likes arms and chest this is for you, their isn't much for legs or back, most things are old, outdated, or broke due to someone thinking they can do heavy weight but with improper motions and breaks machines. Their is no real ac or heat, water fountain is broken, bathrooms are very messy, some weights are missing, and more expensive than planet fitness, sadly this is the only gym near Johnston and for a women like my girlfriend she can't lift all these heavy weights off machines to workout due to lazy "strong" people not reracking, I literally have to come with her to take weights off...it's just sad and ironic nobody reracks for the women like the gentlemen they should be...overall it's an okay gym if you can ignore all that.

Great place with a variety of exercise equipment. Very friendly fun atmosphere! Open 24/7. Exercise classes, too. Go for a visit to learn what is offered!

This gym is a solid, clean, and safe place for the family to exercise. You have to understand the gym is in a rural farm community. So you're not going to find a 3 story 20,000 sf facility.

I have been going to Shapers Fitness for the past 6 months and my strength has greatly improved. Jamie is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to show people the right way to work out. I would highly recommend!

I have been lucky in my life to have a Who Who in Martial Arts Instructor lineage as the best instructors teach me the best arts. With Jaime he has trained with and learned from the best Bodybuilders featured in many Bodybuilding magazines and Men's Health Magazines. He is able to train you like a novice however also train you like a pro athlete if you have the dedication.
