First, my son used to work at this location a year ago. He loved his job there, and left for the summer for church camp. When he returned, the store was under different management. The manager told him she'd hire him, and that he had the job, but never called him in to work.
I go to this store frequently to get parts for my car. I had a caliper under warranty. It started sticking, so my son went up to the Kingstree store to swap the part. The guy that was working there did not know what he was doing, kept pulling the wrong part. The manager stepped in and handed us a caliper, saying it was the right one for our vehicle. Out of the box.Once we put the part on, it was spewing brake fluid everywhere out the bolt to the break line on to the caliper. We called her to verify the part number on the box of the caliper she gave him. She didn't read off the box as she continued asking my vehicle make and model. She asked if my car was 2 wheel drive. I told her no she continued to read off her screen specs of a vehicle that wasn't my car. She refused to talk to me and tell me the part number off the box. My son and I both told her she gave us the wrong caliper. We went to the lake city location. Per the system she provided us with a caliper for a gmc Sierra truck not for my gmc terrain. Had we not known better this could've been a huge safety issue. She insisted she gave us a good caliper and that it was for my vehicle. The staff at the kingstree location is misinformed on vehicles, slow at performance, and rude to their customers. I will take the extra 20 minute drive to lake city just to receive better service. How this lady became manager is beyond me, and she hires uneducated employees that clearly need more training.

My daughter bought a set of new wiper blades for her car and they installed them for her. Well the first time it rained the driver side wiper came off. She went back to them they said she would have to buy another one and they would take little bit off ($2 off a $27) I call and talk to the manager and got them to give her another at no cost BUT they would not installed it for her and had to drive home in the rain with no wipes.

Ms Samantha gamble took time out of her schedule when she was about to leave and go home she turned back around and help me talking about Great Service Throughout the whole store ? And Mr Craig Thompson also GREAT SERVICE.

Store Manager, Tricia Gibbons and Samantha Gamble was the bestest I have seen for a long time with Customer service. I am very big on looking for Great Service Clerk and Customer service Agent. They were excellent and should be rewarded and or recognized.

Always have in stock what I need to complete the job, friendly and knowledgeable staff, helpful and courteous, just don't ask the old black guy that works nights, he's not friendly at all
