I only called on the phone to talk to the pharmacy and someone in the front store just to find out the hours on Sunday and Monday. The person was very very very very nice. I was well pleased with the telephone call. I have not been in the store yet. Thank you. Deborah-Mathis

Terrible customer service and the refills are never on time! The workers are incredibly rude and even told me I should “switch pharmacy’s” and I definitely am!

I typically do not leave reviews, but feel that it’s necessary for the protection of others. This pharmacy has failed to fill prescriptions on time on more than one occasion. When this happened the second time, I let them know I was disappointed. We were headed out of town and had been told that it ready for pick up. When I let them know of my disappointment, instead of an apology, I was met with a very abrasive response. The behavior of the staff member was upsetting, but more importantly the medication is necessary and not having it posed a health risk. If it all possible, try a more professional and efficient pharmacy.

Had two Amazon packages sent here and one of the employees told me “This isn’t a home address and we don’t accept Amazon.” While standing in front of several other Amazon packages. Do not use this store.

Customer service is awful here. I waited 20minutes at the consulting counter whereas no one acknowledge that I was even standing there. Not even a ma’am we’ll be right with you, or, how can I help you, or anything as a matter of fact. I guess I was invisible to the naked eye. There were 3 employees working at the time. I get they were moving the line for customers picking up medication. However, it not ok to ignore customer who are potentially picking up medication but do not want to hold up the line for inconsistencies regarding medication with the Automated phone system @ CVS.Please do better 🙏🏾

A few things: workers are great, as long as I have been living here, never had any problems. Same goes with the pharmacy. Now when it comes to the store it’s another story. There are two other CVS’s; one 30 mins away in Manning and one in Lake City.
Since it’s located is such a remote location, most things are sold out. This would be great if you have the CVS extra plus rewards to have the items shipped to your home. Shipping is relatively fast and delivered in less than a week.
Now ordering online is a hit or miss for pickup. If you go through the app and it shows it’s available, 6 out of 10 times it’s out of stock and will cancel your order.
So at this point I don’t even go in-store anymore unless I buy something that nobody buys or is really expensive.

my daughter went to this minute clinic at 10am on 6/3/25. She had a fever and received a diagnosis that requires an antibiotic. They told her to return after lunch and her medicine would be ready. she returned at 5:30 pm and they said it's not ready come back in one hour. She returned and the pharmacy was closed. This is absolutely absurd!!!! She has no medicine still,and was told she was cleared to return to work on 6/4/25 but the pharmacy has to yet to fill her prescription. CVS cooperate and management if you are not going to collaborate with the health hub you have inside your store to get patients their medicine,closed that entity all together. my daughter is sick and can't swallow due to her illness and your pharmacist or tech has not filled an electronic prescription from YOUR OWN INSIDE CLINIC AT 10am on 6/3/25!!!!!!!!
6/4/25 update: my daughter returned to this CVS Kingstree SC pharmacy between 8:45-9am to be told once again her electronic scripts that were sent on 6/3/25 were still not ready. She dealt with raging fevers and unable to eat,drink or swallow for over 24 hours. She spoke with the minute clinic clinician who was there today and asked for a copy of her visit from 6/3/25 and HE told her “sorry we are out of paper”!!!!!!!!!!!! The audacity to call yourself a healthcare provider,a pharmacy to dispense medications to help people!!!! In healthcare you are sworn to first cause no harm,I guess CVS has forgotten that part!!!!

The front end workers are good at there job especially Rebecca, the pharmacy can use alot of work the pharmacists two old lady's are very chatty about HIPPA information and very rude to customers. Even when shopping close to pharmacy I can hear them talking about people or you can hear how rude they are to people.

I had the best experience at CVS on Friday 3-21-25. I went in to get a photo to update my passport. She was extremely helpful and friendly. It was quick and easy. I highly recommend this place and definitely with this great lady. Thank you!

My experience this week and for years has been unacceptable. The staff is rude and incompetent. If my health insurance didn’t have a contract with CVS and I had to use this pharmacy I wouldn’t. We had several issues with the insurance being rejected. I called our RX provider and they informed us, that the information was being keyed in wrong. When I spoke with the pharmacy employee, she said it still may not work and didn’t want to try. But, it did and then she said, they didn’t have all the medicine in stock anyway and we would have to wait until the next day. We asked if we could get what they had and she said no, we would have to get it all at once, that it was store policy. We went the next day and were told, they forgot to order the additional medication. CVS-please train your staff properly and give them a lesson in manners and respect for the customers.
