Took my jeep in for over heating issue, my jeep was repaired. Spoke with mechanic he said everything was fine. Two months later over heating again. Spoke with someone on today, she stated that someone would pick my vehicle today. No show and no phone call either. Bad business communication.

Held my car for a week and didn’t work on it after saying they’d check it the same day I took it.
