When they can get the order right it’s ok. They need workers that ACTUALLY want to do their jobs and stop talking in the back about stuff outside of work. They 75% of the time always get my order wrong and I spend way too much money at this place every week. Always tell them 5 times otherwise they’ll get your order wrong.

I travel around the country on an ebike. This location had no dining area and doesn't, like most places, accept bicycle orders at the drive thru. A useless early morning stop I had been looking forward to making a purchase at. Do as I was forced to do and go elsewhere.

General manager like talked trash about customers and then went on how people can't work these days. You don't want to bring your employees down talking in that manner. Food was good, service was somewhat fast. And the atmosphere was clean and calm.

Arrived at this location at approximately 9pm and was informed by the staff that they didn't have enough chicken to fulfill my order and didn't make even a slight effort to prepare any more even though closing time was an hour away.

The food use to be amazing but in the last year it has gone down hill so fast. The supremes and so small and the Mac and cheese we got last time tasted like cigarettes. The service is either ok or terrible no in between. Also for the food you get the price is crazy high.

I went to Bojangles for two pieces dinner. I told them I would wait on some hot chicken. We'll, when the chicken came up, she waited on everyone before me and I was the first one wait. Bad customer service. Nasty attitude +

First time eating at a Bojangles. We stopped in for a quick breakfast biscuit and drink. Service places such as a fast food establishment should put people that talk clearly in the positions that have to deal with customers. We had difficulty placing our order due to the lady that was at the counter did not speak clearly. We got thru it. The biscuits were just OK. We were hoping for better due to the ad's we have been seeing but the food was not that.
