The customer service person was one a customer call on the whole time when I was asking questions , like she been dismissing anything I was concern with smh

This place is so unprofessional and the staff is ignorant. I did an immediate mail Change and they said they're still delivering my mail to the old address and they can't stop it until July 28 which will be a month later. She said to call the police to deal with a mail Change this state is so backwards

Wish we could give 0 stars. Why place paper mail on top of a package on the porch instead of in the mailbox??? Important information and a bill completely destroyed from rain!
