Horrible. Driver had order in bag sideways sling over his back walking to my door. Pizza almost folded in half when I opened it. Called store , they have no email to send GM a picture, wouldnt give my corporate or manager number. Hire people who are about there job!!

Worse pizza. There was almost no sauce on the pizza. We use to love Pizza Hut and are so confused on what has gone so wrong. We each ate 1/2 of a slice and ended throwing the rest in the garbage. Manager offered $10 off the next pizza but not needed as we won't be ordering there again. Just sad.

Pizza is always hot and fresh and the employees are friendly. The employees are helpful to directing to find the best deals and most importantly they get my order rite every time.

I made sure to be mindful of reviewing this experience as Yelp has been coming after reviews. This location has consistently missed the bar. Even before the pandemic, Since that seems to be the focus. The regional manager needs to get involved and help improve this store The photo attracted is a piece of my medium meatlovers that never was. So sad.

We ordered tonight and 30 mins after estimated delivery time I tried to call the store. After 8 hang ups manager finally answered to say he was looking to see what happened to my order. Driver forgot it and he would put in another one but it would be 45+ mins. I asked why no one called and he said they were too busy to deal with me while watching pizzas come out. I asked for a refund and order cancel due to not wanting to wait another 45mins (after original hour and half) he pretended not to hear me and hung up. We drove to store and found manager in the car smoking (who knows what because it didn't smell of cigarettes). He admitted to ignoring my previous calls, was rude even pointing his finger in my face. The cashier was rude and refused to give me a corporate number or other manager contacts. Then another girl came from the back to be rude as well. A simple phone call to say hey we are behind, short staffed, or driver forgot your order would have been enough for us to wait patiently but instead I was hung up on, cussed at, and dealt with fingers in my face. This was horrific customer service and not one of those 3 employees should work in the public. Will never return to this store. I'll drive to another location or order delivery elsewhere from now on!!

It has been quite awhile since I've had a Pizza Hut pizza-I was totally thrilled that it wasn't greasy and cooked perfectly since I ordered a thin crust. I gave it a 4 rating because of the 'skimpy' sauce. I don't like excess but I'd like to taste it as well. That being said-we will be back!

This is my second time there. First time it was fine. Last night I ordered a little late but they took care of me and was nice, however, I got home and literally choked on a piece of hair in my pizza! Not cool at all.

We ordered a Detroit style pizza from the Lake Wylie Pizza Hut a few weeks back. Needless to say, it was not cooked all the way through. The manager told us she would give us a credit on our account to apologize for the issue. So here we are trying them out again and low and behold the manager (the same woman mind you) tells us theres no credit on our account. She was extremely impatient on the phone to begin with. Serving your customers raw dough is dangerous enough, we dont need the attitude on top of it all. Sheesh!

Horrible place to order from, never ordering again from this place. Driver delivered to the wrong address, really ? This is 2021, gps, technology etc Its pizza delivery, give me a break.

I walked in after 20 minutes of ordering my carry out, which is the estimated time my pizza was supposed to be ready. I payed and see that the screen says my pizza is ready. I'm still waiting here 17 minutes after paying for my pizza, screen still says ready. Wtf

Brad is awesome and should probably be running the place. Although the woman that was working was NOT helpful at all and just yelled "BRAD!" across the restaurant anytime she needed anything Brad was friendly and we had amazing service! I really hope she isn't management because she was absolutely worthless and rude. If it hadn't been for her it would have been a five star experience and solely because of Brad!

Pizzas are good, and I've never had any issues with orders being fulfilled on time. However, this place always smells as if someone has been smoking in there.
