The store is barely stocked bare shelves

Store isn't fully stocked nor set up. Couldn't find a number of things that you'll once carried. I think you'll should've waited before opening due to not having all merchandise in. The soft launch was missed. Fully stock these stores before re-opening. Also, no one could use their Big Lot credit card, and that made no sense. Why have a card if you aren't going to allow customers to use the card and especially when there was nothing wrong with people's cards? Again, you'll aren't or weren't ready to fully open and accommodate customers in totality.

I always Loved shopping at Big lots, I always found great deals, I saved a lot of money shopping at Big lots , I'm so Glad it's Back !!!!

Very unorganized and felt like employees were following myself and my sister around the store. While they should've been putting merchandise away and cleaning up . I would more than likely not recommend this particular store to anyone

I like the store. Just the day I went to pick up an online order the lady was a bit grouchy. And it may just be her but I think she could have been a little nicer. I try to over look someone having a bad day. Over all store is clean, stocked and lots of items to choose from.

Only one employee was friendly and he was the only person on the floor to help everyone...He was just wonderful.The lady checking me out was not friendly at all....She just wanted to hurry up and get me out of the store so she could go back to talking and laughing with another woman....
