Decent service. I pay $168 for 5 phns a month so do with that what you can. They have upgrades after so long but in my opinion it's not much different price wise to just get a new phn whenever

I. Called this store on yesterday at 256pm n the young lady that Nswered the phone was very rude n very nasty towards me. I will never gi or shop at this store. I'd rather travel to Rock Ihill n take me business there. I'll be sure to tell all my friends to never shoo T this store as well

Do Not set up service with this store/company! I set up 4 lines through this store after being told I would have service on these phones at my home. Get them home, no service. Bring them back they show me how to reset networks at home. I tried that still no service. They told me to call customer service. I did that and the rep I talked to said we do not have coverage there so there's nothing he could do. So I proceed to ask for a refund. All they want to refund is for 2 phones even though I paid well over $400 for phones and services. Services mind you that I do not have at my home! Not once did anyone tell me that if the phones doesn't have services that I could not get a refund of my money. I will be contacting an attorney because this is Fraud at it's best! Why should they keep money that I paid for services when they can't provide the services I paid for? I would not have even given them 1 star if I didn't have to.
