The lady stood behind the counter in the back area looked at me a couple of times and never said a word for 5 minutes and never ever acknowledged my existence. I just walked away.

Love this place... they are open fairly late (7:30pm last ship pickup) for packaging delivery and shipping. The are also full service with knowledgeable staff. They also have a kiosk for folks already possessing their own labels and packaging.
