There were about 5 people working there and I had to stand for a long time and the lady who finally responded was not exactly rude but clearly was not into helping me. I am seriously thinking of switching banks, but will try again in the hope that this was just an off day. We will see.

Regina (in the offices) was absolutely amazing helping me set up my business account and get everything situated! Never met someone with such great customer service! I’d recommend any one to go to her!
