Been a customer in good standing for over 20 years and the customer service I have received in the last year has been horrible. Cut throat, not the place you want to put your investments into. If you can get away DO IT. They don't care about anything but the bottom line.

Don't think it's fair if you take a check there that is on their bank, and you don't have an account, they want to charge you 8.00 to charge their own checks!! Especially in this pandemic, that's a lot of money to people like me struggling!!!!. That's a little extra food that can go on the table.!!

Tell me why I was asked for my SS # and Drivers License for cashing in my change? I used their version of a Coinstar right in front of two tellers. They saw me input my change and then they called me up to pay me. The only reason I went there was because it was a 5% charge as opposed to Coinstars 10ish. They do it free for their members. My wife doesn't understand why this bothered me. But I don't like giving out my personal info, especially when it is not justified. I think their machine should explain this to people. No, I have nothing to hide but this was my money that I was changing from one form, coin to another paper, and was already paying 5%. I will never become a member of this bank. Absolutely horrible. Plus what kind of further overreach is next? FWIW. I'd gladly pay an additional 5% to avoid this type of nosiness. Coinstar from now on. Plus are they going to try to tax me on it? I guarantee the taxes have already been paid.

Don't waste your time with these mullets. a very fishy smelling operation!!! Arrogant and misinformed at the same time. Dinged by credit to open a savings account, what next??? Flounder's idea of customer service is, 'WE ARE DOING YOU A FAVOR" If this is what a credit union is all about, i'll stay with a regular bank, no benefits with these mullets.

If I could give negative stars, I would. This branch has given me nothing but troubles. DO NOT GET A LOAN FROM GINA BURNS. Read that last sentence again. I sold my vehicle for $22,000 to a client of hers, she failed to send the check via FedEx with a tracking number. So now a large check is floating around "lost" in regular mail with no tracking number. Gina has failed to return my multiple phone calls and voicemails I have left her. I am in contact with the corporate office trying to research and find my check, until then I am out $22k. If you have a choice to go somewhere else, I would highly recommend it.
