This Goodwill in Lancaster is a well-organized and clean store with a friendly and helpful staff. Customers appreciate the wide selection of items, especially the books, and often find great things during their visits. Many shoppers visit regularly and enjoy the thrifting experience, with some considering it one of the best Goodwills in South Carolina. The staff is known for being kind and welcoming to all, including children. However, some customers are disappointed that the store removed fitting rooms during Covid and have not replaced them, which makes trying on clothes before purchasing difficult. The store’s return policy is also a concern, as it limits returns to $500 per year, which can be frustrating when clothes don't fit and fitting rooms aren't available. Despite these issues, shoppers continue to enjoy shopping here and appreciate the friendly atmosphere, making it a favorite stop for many.
