“This had to be the most efficiently ran unmanned storage unit.
This review is for this location only as I know other Public Storage facilities do actually have personnel on site.
From The Start:
-You call the number and everything is done over the phone.
-You’ll find your lock and key inside the unit.
Upon Move Out:
- You use the Kiosk on site to call and let them know you are moving out.
- They take your info and email you the confirmation.
It is gated and you need an entry/exit passcode they give you upon check in.
It is clean and well kept.”
“Skylar, Javan and Marcus came to my home to move a treadmill (very HEAVY) to an upstairs area, they quickly assess the area and how to move the treadmill based on how the stairs were laid out and the tight areas. They were efficient and did not leave any marks on the wall areas. All three were respectful of my home and professional. I will definitely use Modern Day Movers again. Thank you!!”
