“Ordered 4 new tires on Walmart.com and had them shipped to the store & scheduled to be installed. Service advisor that checked me in was very polite and welcoming. She informed me that while the tires I ordered would fit my SUV, they couldn’t install because the size was different (R55 vs. R60 on vehicle). They helped facilitate return and found some in stock tires to install. Mildly annoying as the website said the tires would fit and let me make an appointment, but they handled everything just fine.”
