I recently visited Petsense and had a great experience! The store was clean, well-organized, and stocked with a wide variety of pet supplies—from food and toys to grooming products and accessories. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and more than willing to help me find the right items for my pet.
What really stood out was the small-town feel with big-name service. They even had adoptable pets from local shelters, which I thought was a nice touch. Prices were reasonable, and they had a solid selection of trusted brands.
Overall, I’d highly recommend Petsense to any pet owner looking for quality products and excellent customer service. Definitely a go-to spot for pet needs!

Booked an appointment for the weekend for my pup. Got there and the cashier looked confused. I told him I had an appointment and he goes “oh. She’s not here” and I asked if she wasn’t coming in or just wasn’t there yet. He then went to check and apparently the groomer took the day off without informing anyone’s. Really unprofessional set up.

When I enter the store there are no less than 10 dead fish in the tank at any given time. Their fish are crowding the bottom of the tank, dead and rotting, lifeless eyes and bodies that stir when the few remaining fish swim. I made the mistake of buying some of their fish before gasping at the top because I felt bad, and they were so sick they killed off my entire tank. They carry what you need in a quick fix but don’t buy fish here. The fish aren’t taken care of at all and their hamsters and guineas appear sick and stressed at times as well.

Took my dog in for a bath and trim his nails.... he loves it!!! Everyone in the grooming department is great. They don't rush...they take time to do things right and you can tell they love animals as well. Highly recommend!!
