“I wanted to wait to write a review until we had been here for awhile but I can confidently say I am extremely happy with our experience here with Dr. Hill and staff. My dog just recently had to undergo surgery and as a senior dog we were obviously a bit nervous for it. Dr. Hill did an exceptional job not only for the surgery itself but with my dogs care during follow ups after and pain management. Also, they provided an estimate for surgery and the final cost was what we expected again affirming that this place is trustworthy and honest. The staff also checked in on her after surgery and was quick following up with any questions and concerns that I had. I can’t say enough positive things about how well we have been taken care of here. Means so much to me that you provided the best care to my elderly pet. I highly recommend this facility and thank you to Dr. Hill and staff for your exceptional service.”

“I had to find a veterinarian to euthanize my cat who was going through neurological issues severely impacting her quality of life. Faulkner took us in the day I called. They provided a room where my wife and I could spend time saying goodbye to our precious and loved cat. They told us how they would perform the procedure and asked if we wanted to be there. We stayed through the procedure and they allowed us as much time as we needed to say our goodbyes. They allowed us to take care of payment in the room and not have to return to the main lobby. They also allowed us to leave through a back exit again preventing us to have to walk through the lobby with our year drenched eyes. They were very companionate and I'd highly recommend them should you find yourself in a situation like this.”
