“Good store with groceries, general supplies, household goods, greeting cards. Some prices are excellent other you need to compare. The app is very helpful - can search the store for items you want, clip virtual coupons (and it's easy to search or filter coupons), store specials and discounts like the weekly Saturday spend $25 save $5 coupon are available in the app. Today's trip was especially nice, or cashier, Elizabeth, carefully protected four greeting cards in the rest of our purchase. Really appreciate that customer service! Check out Dollar General - quick, convenient, and pretty much everywhere.”
“Simple Act of Kindness! I can't say enough about the employees at this DG! I was in the store Wednesday night 11/08 and used the self checkout. I requested $40 cash back. I had such a crazy/busy day that I completely forgot to take my cash from the dispenser. I drove away and while almost home realized what I did. I drove frantically back to the store in hopes that it was still in the dispenser. It was gone. I mentioned to the young gal what happened and she was gracious to take my name & phone number. I figured I had blessed someone that needed $40 more than me. This store representative called me as I pulled into my driveway to tell me an honest shopper had found my money and turned it in! Of course I was thrilled. I mentioned to the store clerk that the next day was my birthday and what a gift to have this returned. I went back tonight to pick up my money and low and behold, they had put the money in an envelope inside a birthday card! Thank you truly for such wonderful customer service and for the birthday wishes!”

“My Go To! Great peopleUpdated Review: 6/22/22This DG is still my go to and for the most part everything is usually ok as far as finding what I need. For the past 6 months or so I have only seen the same 2 or 3 ladies in there working everytime. I know most Dg's always have a line for the checkout because the only have one register usually open. BUT, from what I have seen recently these ladies are overworked and terribly understaffed. These inventory carts have been sitting down all of there isles for MONTHS!You can hardly get down the them. They have no help whatsoever to get this mess taken care of. I have never seen it this bad. So If HUMAN RESOURCES reads this review, hire these women some help! If I wasn't a 24/7 caregiver I would go help for free!”
“One of the best Dollar General in the Spartanburg area. No stock items all over the store that needed to be put up unlike another Dollar General in Inman on Highway 176 near Village Greens Country Club where you can't get down the aisles because of stock in the way. Good customer service, clean and organized..”
“I find out local Dollar General a great place for last minute pantry pick ups or household items. My only suggestion is check out the store's app for inventory. There are often random empty unstocked sections.”
