Would give less than 1 star if I could. Customer service is a nightmare!! They will NOT answer the phone!!!

I have been waiting over a month for someone to complete a safety check.had it scheduled for yesterday Nov 19th but no one showed up no call to let me know they weren't going to make it .called today to follow up was told someone would call back.no phone call.absolutely horrible customer service.
