They have gone up on their prices. They used to be fairly priced. I understand they use the money to help with housing but people who shop there can't afford jacked up prices for donated items

It's overrun with bargain hunters so there's hardly any bargains left anymore.I think they gotten too professional for a second hand shop.
Our Habitat ReStore sells a variety of new and gently used home furnishings, appliances and building materials at a fraction of the retail price.
Revenues from our ReStore help pay for new Habitat homes in Polk County and Landrum. We sell products on a first-come, first-serve basis; so hurry in if you are interested in a particular item. We accept cash, checks, credit and debit cards at our ReStore.
Through recycling home furnishings, we keep more than 1,000 tons of usable materials out of the landfill each year! Our inventory changes daily, however we generally have available in our showroom the following:
