We've been coming to this vet for a few years. The old owners were great. Our dogs were always taken care of and we always had a solution when we left. These new owners seem to only be in it for the money. We've brought 2 dogs in and both dogs have had a major decline in health since being seen by their staff. Constantly demanding we come in and spend $400 for repeat issues that we're being improperly diagnosed and treated. Constantly wanting to run $300 plus tests because the vet don't know what's wrong and is simply guessing. Refusing to refill medication that is keeping said issues away. All because the vet doesn't know what's wrong. The last time we were in the vet was over a skin issue on one of our dogs. The vet told us flat out she didn't know what was wrong and told us about a list of tests that she wanted to run with absolutely no guarantees were testing for the right stuff. After hearing what she had to say we went to a vet closer to the house. We were in the office for 5 minutes and the new vet had her diagnosed and a treatment plan in place and only a $200 Bill. Where as with the twin oaks vet we were in the hole for $500 and she had no clue what was wrong. I highly suggest staying away from this place and it's new owners. They'll take every cent you have saved and your dog will be worse off than they were.

My regular vet was closed so I called Twin Oaks. They were very accommodating and took us in that afternoon. Saved us from going to an emergency vet. I can't say enough good things about this office. They were very professional but personable. Extremely nice and friendly receptionist, vet's assistant and the vet! Explained the procedure and treatment very well. I highly recommend Twin Oaks.

I am physically sick over the experience I had at this vet. This business prides themselves on “same day affordable urgent care” & “ provide comprehensive treatment plan and help you with any financial concerns you may have”. What I experienced today is the the polar opposite of this. Dr. Rebecca Houser & Stephanie (LVT) made this event with my pet, her puppies and myself even more traumatizing with how they handled and treated us. Spending over $300 on Thursday just to be sent home with the advice of “keep a close eye on her”. Then another $240 the very next day at 8 am when we were in the office. They did not provide me with a comprehensive treatment plan. They actually presented me with 3 options, surrendering my pet and her 2 puppies, the 2nd option was surrendering the puppies and spaying my pet and the third option which is ABSOLUTELY LUDICROUS was euthanizing my pet and her 2 puppies. These 3 options were then given to me in writing. Stephanie even had the audacity to put herself between me and the door at the end of our visit as if I was going to leave without paying my bill. My pet was still in the patient room as well. She even followed me to my vehicle for a signature!Dr. Houser, she insisted on a C-section Friday after just seeing us Thursday for our first visit. If she would have told me this information 24 hours prior on Thursday when we were in the office we would have our 2 healthy puppies, healthy mom, no problem or questions! Instead she sent us home on Thursday advising me to “keep a close eye on her” and taking my $300+ dollars. For us to then just be back in the office Friday morning. Where they then presented me with an estimate for a C-section of $1,500-1,900 on top of all the additional charges I already paid. That does not sound like their mission statement of “helping you with financial concerns”. They were only concerned about payment and not about the life of my pet or her puppies. They just treated us like literal garbage. This facility and these two individuals have zero compassion, customer service or any genuine care for animals or humans.Dr. Mabry, are you aware of how your customers are being treated? More importantly are you aware of how your patients are being treated? Turned down, patronized and discriminated against at the cost of innocent unborn puppies lives. We lost 2 puppies and putting the mother in danger due to the negligence of your staff, their unwillingness to negotiate the remaining financial cost (approximately $400) and the inability to show compassion in a URGENT situation.

Absolutely no place like Twin Oaks. Not only does my mini golden doodle get so excited to see her friends (the vet techs & the front desk ladies) but I trust every single person there. They take such good care of her, and always make this Mama feel better about anything going on. They are quick to get us in with any issues and ALWAYS respond to me quickly and help anyway that they can. I drive over an hour and pass many other places I could go, but never. We have found a home at Twin Oaks & it’s not the dreaded place for us to go. They are all very knowledgeable and take their time with my girl. If you aren’t apart of the Twin Oaks family you are missing out!

The vet here is completely awesome! She sits and talks with you about whatever is going on. Here name escapes me right now, she really cares. I have 3 Great Danes and they see all of them at once!
