I have been a customer of Wells Fargo for many years, including when my accounts were with Wachovia. I rarely bank in person as I do most of my banking and discount brokerage online. I have never had a quality experience in this branch unless it was with Gracie (now retired) at the drive-thru. The manager needs a serious refresher course in quality customer service and it would then filter to the rest of the staff. I have delayed this comment for several years.

Very poor customer service. My husband and I had an account for two years. I picked up a part time job. They would not cash a 67$ check from my employer. They are always short and rude giving you as little help as possible. Switching as soon as possible.

Very poor customer service. My husband and I had an account for two years. I picked up a part time job. They would not cash a 67$ check from my employer. They are always short and rude giving you as little help as possible. Switching as soon as possible.

Have not had an issue at this location but its the closest to me. I've had nothing but problems since I opened this account. It took 2 weeks to get my account information in the mail, even though I set it all up online and was told at the end of the online enrollment I would have immediate access online. Its been 3 weeks and I still havent gotten my ATM card. I emailed customer service and was told My card is lost, now they cancelled it but will NOT issue me a new one unless I call customer service or go to a branch!! Trying to call the customer service line has you on hold for a good half hour!! My husband, who received his card a couple days ago finally, tried to go to the branch to get me a temporary one but they would not give him one, said I have to be there. We are both on the account... It seems every interaction with this bank has been painful and slow. I had my last bank for 20 years and never had issues like this. I only changed because we moved out of state and this was the big bank in the area. I should have known better. The customer service at this location was nice but all the red tape you have to work around is NOT worth it. Absolutely mind boggling to me that a customer has an account for a month they cannot even access and there is nothing but push back to get it solved quickly.

Lots of silly fees sadly typical of big banks but otherwise very friendly service.

The people there are polite, professional and help me any way they can. I have had nothing but great service. Products they have that are not competitive they have told me they are and suggest ways to minimize expenses.

Put a check in the bank can’t get my funds until the 9th it’s my money but that’s okay because I’m done. As soon as my money is in I’m taking it out. banking with someone different. Last I checked people do have bills to pay. They don’t need any stars.
