This was the easily, the best experience I’ve had at any Verizon store. Crystal C was expedient, knowledgeable & epitomized what customer service should be. My only regret, is making my newest iPhone purchase at the Hendersonville store through Jeff, instead of here, with Crystal.

I went there a few years ago to acquire a router for faster internet speed, but when Roger told me the cost savings if I switched my phone service to Verizon I agreed. AT&T made the process extremely difficult, but Roger was very professional and pleasant throughout the ordeal. Success! I also went there twice within the last month to purchase a new phone and to return an item. Jonathan was very helpful when I purchased the phone. Crystal was absolutely great when I returned an item. I have always had positive experiences there.

Jonathan took care of his customers, reassuring them not to leave and he was working all by himself. He did a fantastic job- and reassuring me that Verizon had the best internet, etc. He made me a happy Verizon customer!

Ms Patel was very helpful and professional She was the only one staffing the store, which had a steady stream of customers, but managed to greet every one, and either helped them or explained when she would be able to. She never got flustered, impatient or rushed anyone—even the customer who had come to the wrong place. Great customer service.
