I would not recommend renting from Aaron's in Lauren's unless they get rid of their credit manager, Robert. He was extremely rude when asked a simple question. They called my husband after I tried calling them twice to make my Weekly payment and charged a late fee. (Don't care about a late fee, that's fine) But he was so rude and was wrong about the date that it was actually due which was on Tuesday the 17th instead of the 15th and wouldn't simply apologize for just being wrong. We had gotten a lawnmower from them but once again, Robert caught an attitude and my husband didn't want to deal with the rude man so we told'em to come get it. Because of Robert, it's not worth the headache.

This place is missed up now in n 2005 I went and got a tv in my name and it was stolen from my house and they still trying to bring that up against me saying I need to pay 300.00 for the tv nope I’m not paying anything because it’ was stolen from me

I have purchased countless items from aarons throughout the years. This past christmas i tried to purchase a refrigerator. The contact between the manager at the Laurens store and myself was insane. I was trying to get the fridge delivered and because i aaked them to bring it a little later all of a sudden the delivery folks were getting off 2 hours early. I was appalled and asked to speak w the manager. She yelled at me and talked over me. She made me come INTO to store SAME DAY to get my refund. And while i was there she continued to badger and mock me. I asked for a corporate number to which her reply was: they wont do anything to me. And she was certainly right. Nothing was done. Its a shame that i cant buy furniture here. Im sure there are lots of other folks in laurens that wish they could shop w aarons too but feel they cant because of lack of management and customer service skills. Hopefully someone does something soon!

Robert is very nasty. Do not!.....rent from them. My experience was horrible. He didn't want to tell me my current balance on my account and was extremely uncooperative. Never again.

Aaron's have been calling me everyday trying to get me to come lease a laptop. So I finally decided to go check it out. The man working the desk was EXTREMELY rude, ignored me the first 2 times I spoke to him. Then told me he could help me as he sat there. Very unprofessional

Came to my house and demanded some one in my house show them ID . She wasn't comfortable with letting A stranger Man come in and look he said. He came back today. I was home. Said I had to show him who I was and prove there stuff ain't there. I asked for his. He said he didn't have to. I told him to leave and don't come back. Guy said his name was Josef. I called store .Same treatment acting like they are Police investors. Glad I don't do business with them.

I was buying a refrigerator from them was making monthly payments you got to watch out if your making payments bc twice on my receipt showed the first time was 12 payment's left the second time showed that I owed 9 payment's left. I wasn't late and made sure my payments were on time faithful every month so after the second time I went and paid it off and have no intentions on buying anything else from them. I don't take advantage of people and don't expect to be taken advantage of by anyone or any businesses. So if you paying monthly payments watch your receipts carefully and make sure you don't owe 12 months twice or 9 months twice.
