Let me tell you something right now: Alicia, the manager at the AT&T store, is not just a manager — she is a miracle in motion, a customer service goddess, and quite possibly the reason I now believe in magic again.
From the second I walked into that store, I was greeted like royalty. Alicia didn’t just help me — she transformed my entire phone-buying experience into something I’ll tell my grandchildren about. I walked in with a cracked screen, a confusing bill, and the emotional energy of a soggy tortilla. I walked out feeling like Beyoncé after a world tour.
Need a new phone? Alicia’s got it.
Need help understanding your bill? She’s a human decoder ring.
Need a shoulder to cry on? She’s probably certified in emotional support, too.
She didn’t just answer my questions — she anticipated them, explained everything in crystal-clear detail, and even cracked a few jokes that made the whole room laugh. I’m 97% sure she solved a few global crises behind the counter while activating my phone.
Efficiency? Flawless.
Knowledge? Encyclopedic.
Patience? Like a monk who meditates on a mountain for 10 years.
Style? Impeccable. I’d take fashion advice from Alicia in a heartbeat.
If AT&T had a Hall of Fame, Alicia deserves a golden statue with a spotlight and theme music. Give this woman a raise, a crown, and a parade. Better yet — let her run the entire company.
Bottom line: If you go to this AT&T store and don’t ask for Alicia, you’re doing life wrong.

Alicia is the best, most professional, friendliest, and the most knowledgeable employee I have ever been helped by. Not only at AT&T but at any service provider I have ever used. I will stay with AT&T as long as she does.

This store is amazing. I and probably most other people have not had many good experiences with service providers, especially in store, but for the past 2 years i have used this store and NEVER had a problem. If you want to have a stress free experience, come to this store.

Laurens is by far the worst Att store I have ever been in. The workers don’t want to be there and they take it out on the customers.

I went to the store in laurens South Carolina and bought two new phone with service and an Apple Watch. The woman helping me was very rude with not only me but other customers that came into the store. She took forever with my phones but my phones would not get out of SOS she then came up with a story that they were having problems with eSIM cards and the phone would fix itself
Automatically in a hour or two. Something did not seem right to Me so I called the Att in newberry and they told me to bring my phone there. The manager at the newberry store was very kind and helped me right away. He was able to fix my problem without hesitation.

Anayeli was extremely attentive. While waiting on the system to finish processing what needed to be done to my phone, she informed a customer that called in to pay his phone bill on how he could do that. She is very multitasked. She is thorough with her job. I greatly appreciate that.
