I agree with the previous review on the GIRL at this location being very rude from a recent visit. I have tried to call numerous times over and over and no one answers the phone. Guess this explains why all the stores are closing their doors. LAZY employees who are afraid to do a little bit of work, ridiculous.

The girl in the store is rude and gives you an attitude. My husband has a galaxy phone and hates it he wanted to exchange it for another phone and pay the difference and she said he couldn't do that unless he went out to the parking lot and smashed it on the ground or called customer service and reported it stolen.... that's insurance fraud!!! We tried to get our account number and pin so we could go to a different phone company and she didn't give us the information told us to call customer service...and if you want her to fix anything on the phone she charges 25$ to do anything like phone set up.

Went there to check on the new 5g and the latino there was very rude unprofessional and with help at all I left and going to another location

Due to our location being permanently closed, we had to drive 45 minutes to this location to get our phones programmed to 5g. Kym was so friendly and nice, we came in to get something programmed and ending up leaving with a new phone for my mama. Thanks Kym! She needs a raise or promotion guys?

I do not have Boost my elderly aunt does I went by this location to pay her bill and the Latina there is very rude and not professional. I did not have a mask on bc I don’t wear one most places in Laurens don’t require a mask and if they do the store provides one she stated the mask is $2.50 which is definitely price gouging. I asked how I could play the bill she said dial 225 which does not help me bc it’s not my phone my aunt is in the hospital and now I can not pay her bill bc I don’t have her phone or a mask… Great job Boost!
