“Ashlyn tried so hard to serve us! The store manager as well (sorry, I didn't get her name). For several hours they had much patience as we tried to deal with support from the call center to take care of our business. They both apologized several times when support was obviously confused and mistaken and supremely unhelpful. These two ladies are great at their jobs. |Support center gets less than zero stars however.”
