Spent two hours in this building with Syrissa, the store manager, and was told I would receive a call back. Never heard a word from anyone. Clearly the store manager and the company do not value people’s time and cannot fulfill on promises.

If I could give TD Bank a negative star rating, I would. They are the most crooked bank I’ve ever dealt with, I’m 63yrs old so that is saying a lot.
I deposited a check from my Huntington Bank into my TD Bank. The check had my husbands name on the account, the same as the TD Bank account. I want to mention also that I had 3/4 of the amount of the check already in my TD account to cover That Check from Huntington Bank.
They took the money out of my account at Huntington bank and held my money hostage for eight days. It was 10 days altogether from the time I had deposited the check. But they just held my money and Huntington Bank said that TD had already withdraw the money and it wasn’t in my Huntington bank account anymore but my money was just in limbo for eight days and them saying that they had to verify it, well they had the funds for eight days out of my account, why would it take that long to verify When you already have the money? You and I both know what they’re doing. They’re drawing interest off of millions of peoples money and making millions of dollars off of other peoples money. You would come out better dealing with the mafia than you would TD Bank so just a warning don’t go there! Don’t do it, open an account somewhere else, anywhere else but TD Bank‼️‼️
I also I want to make the point that TD Bank does not care about their employees anymore than they do their customers because if they did, they would have some kind of hotline or something that you could call just for complaints because I’m sure they get a lot of them and I know all of these tellers, managers and everyone that works there probably gets cussed out and treated like crap when there’s actually nothing they can do about it because it is TD Banks practices that causes the problem but unfortunately their employees and their customers are the ones that have to suffer the consequences! Until the government gets involved and starts charging them with fines and penalties for these horrible, crooked practices, then it probably is not going to stop!

I deposited a check too weeks ago I was told I would be able to get my money the next day it’s been 2 weeks almost 3 and there close tomorrow on Juneteenth really… it’s not 1 African American that works there but I’m sure that’s gone be another reason I don’t get my money

NO customer service. Tried calling the customer service number. After 30 minutes got tired of holding. Drove to the bank where I made my payment. My payment had been accredited to someone else's account. Thank goodness I had kept my receipt. They never even apologized for the mistake they made. Now have to wait 5 - 10 business days to see if it is corrected.

This place is a disgrace. The customer service is horrible. They take 3 hours to even recognize you’re there. Absolutely gut wrenching place. The atmosphere is all they got goin for them. I wish I never stepped foot in here.

Won't be coming back to Laurens TD Bank I had to drive to Clinton just to get my check cashed because they don't know how to do their job correctly props to Clinton for doing your job correctly thank you!

They charge me overdrafts fees during the middle of a pandemic when money's hard to get, when it didnt even overdraft, and they wouldnt help fix or so anything with it. Also the woman on the phone was very rude. I was tryimg to explain my issues and she just kept jumping ahead and saying theres nothing they can do. Ive been with them a little over a year now tooDeflinately can find better banks elsewhere

Have been banking with TD for almost 10 years. Customer service is sadly lacking whenever I’ve called in the past. Customer service Reps usually have a very rude demeanor when I have issues with my account. The online banking app is a total & complete joke & inaccurate information I’ve finally had enough of the ridiculous fees with no real explanation, poor service & have decided to close both my savings & checking accounts to shop for a new bank
