“I can't say enough good things about my experience with Wilson's Towing and Recovery, especially John.

I had a completely flat tire and ended up stranded on the side of the interstate around 3:30 in the morning. After having a difficult time finding a towing company that was actually available at that hour, I was connected with John. He was all the way in Clinton, but he came out to get me and arrived much quicker than I expected.

Before coming, he asked what kind of vehicle I had so he could make sure he brought the proper equipment. I drive a Camaro, so having it transported correctly on a flatbed was very important to me. John showed up with exactly what was needed and was professional and careful with my car from beginning to end.

He towed me from the Laurens area all the way to Spartanburg, and I felt the cost was extremely reasonable considering the distance, the time of night, and the fact that he had to come out to get me in the first place.

What impressed me most, however, had nothing to do with the tow itself. John was incredibly personable and kind, and we had a great conversation during the ride. Once we arrived in Spartanburg, he didn't simply unload my car, collect his payment, and leave. He made sure I was comfortable staying where I was, asked more than once if I was sure I would be ok there, and even offered to take me somewhere else so I wouldn't have to sit alone.

I had already paid him at that point. He wasn't trying to make another dollar from me. He was simply concerned about leaving a woman alone in the middle of the night and wanted to make sure I was safe. That meant more to me than he probably realized.

Being stranded on the interstate at any hour, especially 3:30 a.m., is stressful and a little scary, but having someone show up who was professional, friendly, dependable, and genuinely concerned about my well-being made an enormous difference.

John, if you happen to see this, thank you! Your kindness had a much bigger impact on my morning than you probably knew. I truly appreciate the way you took care of both me and my Camaro, and I would absolutely call Wilson's Towing and Recovery again based on my experience.”
