This place sucks, need DOGE to over haul this place, never can deliver Amazon Packages correctly and On time. Lie about why they couldn't. Say items are delivered but show up the next day. Say they couldn't verify address but its delivered the next day, Say no one home to contact but its in the mail box with no contact the next day, THEY SIT ON A THRONE OF LIES,

No wonder it's a 2,it's deserved--- -10,do not know how to answer,the phone,My address is. Correct, but mail person,do not do there job,I would have been fired,and a 5500,on my file ,it doesn't surprise me why people don't want to do busy with the post office ,that why busy go to ups,febex,wtc.

In today's times where identity theft, mail fraud and mail theft is prevalent, I have had my Retirement Fund Documents put in someone else's mailbox(today as matter of fact) as well as mail in which I have no clue where it was delivered to which includes: A paystub from December 2021 a W2 from February 2022, a magazine from 2021 and only God knows what else. Previous address, similar issues. How is this allowed to happen?

I went to rent a post office box the first week in December. The wife and I are moving from Nashville. Tennessee and got a bank opened and was going to get a box so we could transfer our mail and have an address to register our car, etc. I ( can't get my wheelchair inside) had to stand for more than 20 minutes in line only to be told that we have to have a south Carolina drivers license and a vote of registration to get a box. We couldn't get one and after returning to Nashville we called customer service who said this post office didn't want to do their job and they are going to investigate this office. My wife and I are still without a box. The person was very rude and to a handicap at that!

Terrible service.. They delivered items to the wrong address and never do anything to solve the problem. Unprofessional skill workers..They should be fire immediately.

This post office is full of it...Please be AWARE!!! I received an alert from Amazon stating that my package was on my front porch and all my other mail was there accept my packages. I went to post office to complain because this is not the first time that an incident had happened. There was one time that my tablets went to another address, my package was open and a phone charger was taken, and times where my packages have been open. Everytime that I complain nothing is done about it. (Supervisor Steve) was so rude to me and had no sympathy or did not apologize for what I continue to go through he acted as if I had no right to be frustrated. Yes, I was cursing and upset because this is not the first time that this has happened and nothing is still yet to be done about it!! Steve acted as if he didn't have to respect me enough to apologize ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER THEIR EMPLOYEE MESSED UP!!!

I have experienced my packages saying they have been delivered to my porch and nothing is there, if the post man would stay from the store buying lottery cards(scratch offs) and deliver the mail instead of lying or stealing it our post office might get a good review!!!!
