Lora has always done such an amazing job on my hair! I have been seeing her for over a year now and she genuinely cares about you and what kind of hair you want. She’s very open and honest about what your hair can and can’t do, and she has always met my expectations or even gone above and beyond!!! She is extremely talented! I’ve also had encounters with other staff here, such as Daniel, and he is super nice and informative with hair as well! Everyone here is so welcoming and always has a smile on their face. They truly love what they do here!

I love it here! My wife has always come back with such beautiful hair thanks to Lora! I have also gotten a cut here by Lora as well and she did a great job. Such a great place, with great staff, and great communication on what can and can't be done with your hair. Everyone should definitely check this place out. Especially Lora!

Don't step foot into this salon. I came in with blonde hair as you can see in the pictures and asked for subtle lowlights just to break up how solid the blonde was. I walked out with dark brown hair with random blonde patches. I have truly never experienced such a disaster with my hair.
I was also left with toner on my hair for 30 minutes and when she first put it on, as she walked away she said she'd be back in 15 minutes.
When I was brought to tears after my hair being blow dried and seeing how dark it was, I was not met with any apologies, but rather met with anger from the staff, specifically Daniel, and comments that were beyond rude.
I couldn't imagine completely destroying someone's hair and being anything other than extremely apologetic.
I was treated as though I was a problem and a disturbance in their day because of THEIR mess up on my hair.
The entire experience was not only a disaster to my actual hair but completely unprofessional and blatantly rude.
I will be sharing this with my 20k following on ig as well so that I can stop other women from having to experience not only what was done to my hair but the abuse that followed.

Amazing Service! I booked with Mel and she was so wonderful & sweet!! 💕 She made my hair exactly how I wanted it and even gave me a ride to my car since we finished up late to make sure I was safe ❤️✨ I absolutely recommend her, the vibes were immaculate and I had so much fun. She did keep talking about shadow the hedgehog for most of the service, but I saw that as a positive since it was easy conversation due to the millions of questions I had about that 🤨1000/10 will be coming back!!!! It was also a great price! ✨💕✨❤️

Ask for Mel! I haven't had a haircut in 2 years. I don't trust people with my hair. I came here and they totally changed my perspective on getting my hair cut. I requested Mel Robbs and she took amazing care of me. She is a genuine character who actually cares about the end product. The vault Salon is very clean and spacious as well. Not like your usual cluster of chairs and hair dryers. Highly recommend and will most definitely be back 🫶

Never again..sent my granddaughter there for hair and makeup for the prom and she came home in tears. The woman Katelyn did a terrible job and charged 135. That woman has no business working for the vault

I went to salon had appointment with Laura. She fried my hair and butchered my hair. I wanted coverage over my gray hair. I ended up with blonde hair instead of brunette with highlights.. Didn't even cover up my gray hair. Now I have to pay some to fix my hair. If that's possible. Will never go there again.

I was given a gift card for Christmas for a massage. Why did I wait so long? !!!!!
I booked an appointment with Martha and she was amazing! Pleasant, Informative and Comforting. Past experiences have left me feeling more uncomfortable than relaxed. But, Martha was professional and easy to talk to. I walked out of my appointment nearly pain free after 6 plus months of daily Sciatic Joint pain. That night, I slept like a baby!!!! Martha, Thank you.
