Never had an issue with this location , until one night I decided I needed to go to dollar general for a few things it just turned 8:40 and as I'm pulling in they were coming outside to lock the doors and the manager turned around and Yelled at me to hurry up and get out the store . That was so rude.

Both bathrooms say employee only when I asked use the bathroom after the cashier came out of the bathroom. He said we don’t have working bathrooms we’re not allowed to let you use them. The store is absolutely destroyed. They’re always rude but yet every dollar general you walk into in the south looks like someone had blown it up . Manager for everything but where is the district manager and ask how many times does a fire department have to close your store before they change out a district manager obviously he’s not doing his job holding his people accountable There’s always stuff in the floor you’re tripping over it. I hurt my ankle two weeks ago. No one cares when I said something about it. This place is gone downhill.

The manager, Daphne, was very rude. First, I ask to use the bathroom and she quickly lets me know they have no public restrooms. So, okay, well I kept shopping. Then when I checked out, I questioned a charge of one item and she proceeds to tell me that she can't check the price unless she cancels the whole order and redo the whole thing. That's just not right. So I walked out. She didn't cancel the whole order though and my food card still had the charge on it!This experience was the worst! She was unhelpful and nasty! And something will be done about charging my card for items I didn't get.

They remodeled the entire store and its a much better set up than before. Added more food and freezer/refrigerator products. Only complaint would be the dirty restroom which was not the employees fault. She was literally the only employee there and they are always extremely busy.

Employees are always nice and courteous, store is clean and organized, product is not always available when you needed, but the employees still make the shopping experience worth it.

When you advertise hours of operation, customers count on it. I arrive at the location at 9:55 needing to add money to my PayPal account and was told by an employee that they closed at 9:55 not 10 o’clock as advertised. how difficult would it have been to allow me to do my transaction - it would’ve taken less than one minute.

The woman at the register was very rude and forced us out of the store before it closed. She was yelling at her coworker. I won’t be returning to this Dollar General.
