Came in today with my son 7/7/25. We were getting ice cream and milk. So he could have a milkshake when we went home. Some of the employees were stocking the shelves. One girl with really short hair was on her cell phone, talking very loudly, saying a bunch of vulgar things cussing, saying, a bunch of lewd stuff that a small child shouldn't hear my son is five. I looked at her and said, hey, watch your mouth. At this point, she flipped out on me in the store, started going off on me. Telling me it's okay to cuss in front of kids don't act like your kids never heard cuss words . So at this point i'm genuinely mad. I'm at the counter trying to pay for my stuff. She basically follows me up to the counter talking junk, then has her friend who's randomly hanging out with her in the store while she works. Talk junk to me, then they have some guy. Come and get out of the car in the parking lot and come into the store and then I asked the girl ringing me up when the big manager works. She tells me she doesn't know she aint even do anything to me and then tells me to get out, I have been shopping in this store for almost 5 years. And I've had pleasant interactions with just about everybody who works in that store, except those 2, the one short haired girl that was cursing, is rude every time and doesn't care what she says to you, she has no filter.
Y'all need to do something about that. I won't be back.

This store should be ashamed of themselves, today when my husband and I visited this location this sweet worker Kristi was the only employee to help my husband who is a veteran by the way, with finding some soft socks to help with his cold chills and neuropathy. My husband has a hard time communicating after what he’s been through and this sweet lady was so helpful and patient with him. I appreciated this sweet girl for taking her time to stop what she was doing with the toys. When you get to be our age you value someone going the extra mile in such a chaotic environment with aisles so messy and kids running everywhere. All of the back aisles by the lightbulbs and pet food strangely smelled like urine. This store is a disgrace and We won’t be shopping here anymore.
