Stop in to buy a pint of ice cream. See a large sign on the glass of the freezer that says 2 for $10 for 7 eleven brand pints. I grab two and go up to the counter, they ring up 11.98. I tell the clerk there is a sign for 2 for 10. She acts like there is nothing she can do. The clerk next to her says maybe it's a 7reward program. I say ok I'll sign up. They don't know how to do that. The other clerk says put in their number. It still doesn't work. The clerk says she will check the sign and she comes back to the front and says there is no sign for that price. So I then walk her to the cooler show her the sign and that the promotion is current. We walk back up front, she tries to ring it up again like that's going to change the price. The other clerk who was handling money, who I assumed was a manager, was not being helpful. The clerk says there's nothing we can do that is just the price. I asked if they can't just make an adjustment to the price because it's clearly supposed to be 2 for 10. They both look at me like I'm stupid. Then the other clerk says there is no manager here nothing we can do. So I walk out.No fault to the two clerks not being able to adjust prices but the leadership team of this place needs to get it together and either empower one of them to take care of customers or stop leaving hourly associates to run the store by themselves (which I'm guessing is what really happened, the leader probably skipped out early)I just wanted my ice cream.

The bathroom smells like pee. Very foul smell. One of their staff was on her headphone the whole time talking to somebody.

I've told the girls on multiple occassions that their pastries and debbies were out of date; multiple different brands and we are talking several days expired. Be careful what you buy to snack on or for your kids to snack on.

This is for the burger king attached, i stopped in to use the restroom. (Which was filthy btw) and a BK employee was in there wasting time on her phone in the stall. Heard her boss ask where She went. She then left without washing her hands! At least now I know never to eat there! ?

One clerk was blatantly rude and obnoxious...On Sunday afternoon, after visiting family in the Lexington, SC, area for two weeks, my wife and I were preparing to head home. So, I pulled into what appeared to be a nice SHELL / 7 - ELEVEN location for a refuel, and pick up supplies for the +500 mile return trip. Unfortunately, my attempt to use the pump mounted credit card reader failed. So, I went inside and advised the clerk (a rather large young man), stating I needed to do a complete fill up on the diesel pump; approximately 35 gallons. The clerk replied: "No problem, just leave your credit card." As it's never a wise idea to just leave your credit card with someone for an undetermined amount of time, I declined. The clerk stated, "The credit card reader hasn't worked for two months." He then added, "Everyone else does it... what's your problem?" At this, I requested to speak to the manager. This clerk, not wearing a name tag, bluntly stated: "Come back Monday between 8 and 4." At this, I began to speak to another clerk (a pleasant young woman) who appeared shocked at how this person was treating a customer. As I was speaking to the other clerk, the obnoxious clerk stated: "Don't listen to him, he's just a ...!" The last word was intentionally unintelligible; but intended to be insulting and to escalate this into something more. Recognizing this, I picked up a receipt someone had left behind, thanked the other clerk for her attempt to handle the matter, and left. Fortunately, there was a competitor's location just on the other side of the interstate exchange where I was able to obtain $113.50 in fuel and about $20 in soft drinks as well as various snacks. As a result of my experience at this SHELL / 7 - ELEVEN location, it will be a very long time before wasting my time pulling into one of their facilities. If this is how they treat guest wanting to spend over $130 in a single visit, it's just not worth the hassle. I also advise anyone against following the instruction: "Just leave your credit card."

The absolute worst 7-Eleven..period. Staff is rude. The store is always dirty. They never have food on the grills...especially in the morning. I normally stop in hoping to get a Taquito or a hot dog at 730 am. I'm disappointed almost every time. This morning was the last straw.
